We specialise in helping formworkers
Carl’s background is quite varied but for a good portion of his career he designed concrete forms for architectural applications. If you need formply cut we can help easily. If you need EPS (foam) moulds – we can supply that too. Or if you want to take things to the next level we work with a range of other providers in fibre-glass, silicon or even steel moulds.

We work with you to develop your formwork so its made how you want.
Manufacturing
We understand that often you don't get all the information until the last second. We try our best to push your work through the system as fast as possible. We can do this by using our 2 CNC routers in tandum
Our typical engagement
We try to be as easy to work with as possible. If you’re the sort of person that likes to work face to face – there’s a seat at our desk to sit in as we design your job . If you work via phone – we’re always happy to chat (sometimes too much!) OR if you need an email chain, thats fine too.
We make the process straight forward in 3d CAD so everyone is on the same page – because once its cast you can’t change it.
Our typical engagement
1. Architectural Plans
If you have plans we can work with those. Just highlight or call out the specific areas we need to focus on.
2. Your hand sketch
We can take your hand drawn mud map or site sketches and turn them into digital working drawings.
3. Our 3D mock up
To avoid confusion and make sure everyone is on the same page - there's nothing better than a 3d rendering.
4. CNC routing
Once approved - we supply (or you can supply material too) the material and start cutting your custom shapes.
5. You build faster
We'll take care of the tricky or hard stuff to cut - You build it faster knowing its right first time around.
6. Your concrete - mm perfect
Final concrete is poured and you're one happy form worker!
